Beginner triathlons near Orlando, Tampa, and Miami

I'm Kevin Andreosky. I've finished three Ironman races and a few ultramarathons, but I got into triathlon to support a friend at their first race. SoftStart Tri is the site I wish they'd had.

I live in Fort Lauderdale. Florida has three big pockets of beginner races: Clermont west of Orlando (lake swims, lots of race series), Tampa Bay (bay and Gulf swims), and South Florida (ocean and lake swims). Here is every upcoming race we have verified in each, in date order.
